How do I get started with Arioxa Cloud?

Create an account by registering with your email or signing in with Discord. Once logged in, browse our services — Game Servers, Discord Bot Hosting, or Web Hosting — pick a plan, configure your server, and pay via PayPal or account credits. Your server is provisioned automatically within seconds.

How do I create a new server?

From your dashboard, visit the service you want — Game Servers, Discord Bots, or Web Hosting. Select a plan, choose your configuration options (game type, server location, etc.), and proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your server is automatically deployed and ready to use from the control panel.

What games and applications can I host?

We support 50+ games and applications including Minecraft (Java & Bedrock), Terraria, Rust, CS2, Garry's Mod, Valheim, Palworld, 7 Days to Die, Factorio, BeamNG.drive, GTA, Among Us, and Hytale. Is my data secure with Arioxa?

Absolutely. Every service runs in an isolated Docker container, your account is protected with optional two-factor authentication (2FA), and all connections are encrypted with SSL. We also provide enterprise-grade DDoS protection on every server to keep your services safe from attacks.

How do I contact support?

Once logged in, open a support ticket from the Support page. Our team responds via a real-time chat system directly in your dashboard. You can also reach us through our Discord server.

How can I access my server's files?

Use the built-in File Manager in your server's control panel. It lets you upload, download, edit, rename, and delete files directly from your browser — no additional software needed.

What programming languages are supported for Discord Bots?

We support all major languages including Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript), Python, Java, C#, Go, and more. You can switch between runtimes from your control panel at any time.

How does server management work?

All servers are managed through our web-based control panel. From there you can start, stop, and restart your server, access the console, manage files, monitor resource usage (CPU, RAM, Disk), and configure server settings — all without leaving your browser.

What is the server uptime guarantee?

We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA across our infrastructure. You can monitor the real-time status of all our nodes on the Status Page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal (which supports Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and bank accounts). You can also pay using your Arioxa account credits — a balance you top up via PayPal and use for instant checkout.

How do credits work?

Credits are your Arioxa Cloud account balance. Add credits via PayPal from the Credits page, then use them to instantly pay for services or invoices without being redirected to PayPal each time. You can also transfer credits to other Arioxa users.

How does billing work?

Services are billed on a monthly cycle. When a renewal is due, an invoice is generated automatically. You can pay invoices using PayPal or your account credits. If an invoice remains unpaid, the associated service may be suspended until payment is made.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. What you see is what you pay. All plan prices are listed upfront with no setup fees or hidden charges. Your monthly cost is determined by the plan you choose at checkout.

Can I cancel my service?

Yes, you can cancel any service at any time from your dashboard. Once cancelled, the service will remain active until the end of your current billing period and will not renew.
